41573 - Power Pup Downloader 7.3L Ford
The Power Pup Downloader for the 7.3L Powerstroke is new from Bully Dog Technologies. Bully Dog has merged their excellent diesel tuning knowledge into this small and easy to use downloader. The downloader plugs in through the OBDII port and gives you the option to download 50hp, 75hp or 120hp programs (on 99.5-03 models). During dyno testing on a 2000 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke the downloader added 60hp and 131 ft.-lbs on the 50hp setting, 78hp and 150 ft.-lbs on the 75hp setting and 119hp and 202 ft-lbs on the 120hp setting. On older 94-98 Ford Powerstroke's the maximum horsepower seen on the dyno is around 60hp. Power Pup will also remove the speed-limiter (99-newer only) and can erase engine Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) on all models.

The 6 Position 4-Bank Chips are designed to increase horsepower and torque. The chip settings include a stock setting, 50, 75 and 100 hp positions. The two additional settings include a high idel setting to increase RPM's for cold weather starts and a Valet setting that returns the truck to stock while adding a 70 mph speed governor. A setting for theft control could be used in place of one of the settings if desired.

for the 2003 and 2004 Dodge pickups equipped with a Dodge
Common Rail Cummins diesel engine. The adjustable Torque Dog
Plus is proven to add up to 90 more horsepower on 2003 and
2004 HO Dodge pickups. The performance module offers 3 horsepower/torque
settings: stock or an increase of 50 hp and 105 ft. lbs. Of
torque or 90 hp and 190 flt lbs or torque for maximum gain.
The Adjustable Torque Dog is simple to install with most installs
taking about 20 minutes. With on-the-fly adjustability nothing

The Torque Dog 02 is our latest plug-in module for the Dodge
Cummins 24 valve engine. The Torque Dog plugs into the data
port link and the boost sensor for the 2002 24 valve engine.
The Torque Dog will add an additional 65 horsepower and 170
ft. lbs. of toruqe. Simple installation, installs in about

Adjustable Performance Module
The Dyno Dominator is installed by plugging into the wiring
harnesses found above the drivers side engine valve cover. Simply
unplug the two stock connections and plug the Dyno Dominator
in between. The switch can then be mounted in a suitable place
in the cab. The switch has three positions; stock, 70hp and
110hp. Horsepower is gained by advancing and lengthening fuel
injection timing. The Dyno Dominator also senses transmission
slippage and reduces horsepower before slipping occurs. Use
of Bully Dog's 4" exhaust and pyrometer gauges are recommended
with the Dyno Dominator. |
